One-on-one physical therapy, designed around your life, delivered to your home.
Our Holistic Approach
Comprehensive Services
Your environment has a major impact on safety, comfort, and long-term health. We provide on-site consultations to identify risks, improve function, and create safer, more supportive spaces—whether at home or work. Assessments focus on injury prevention, ergonomic optimization, and daily movement patterns. We also offer guidance on mobility aids, grab bars, durable medical equipment, and caregiver training. Whether recovering from surgery, adjusting to a new diagnosis, or aiming to stay independent, we help your environment support your goals.
Falls and balance issues are a serious concern, especially for older adults. Through comprehensive evaluations, we identify underlying causes—vestibular, musculoskeletal, or neurological—and provide targeted strategies to improve stability and reduce symptoms of positional vertigo/dizziness. Our approach helps prevent injury by reducing fall risk, keeping you safe and independent.
After formal therapy ends, many patients want to maintain functional gains or continue improving beyond what insurance covers. Our Recovery & Maintenance Program provides personalized exercise plans, movement strategies, and self-management techniques to support long-term health. With structured guidance, patients can continue strengthening, prevent injury, and enhance mobility—ensuring lasting benefits and optimal function.
Your diet, stress levels, sleep quality, and activity tolerance all directly impact healing, energy, and overall recovery. Evidence-based health & wellness education addresses all these areas and more, treating the whole person and supporting their rehab goals. By addressing problem areas like inflammation, energy balance, and tissue repair, often times you can have a breakthrough with difficult to treat conditions like chronic pain.
Our Care Settings
Treatment Locations
Sometimes, getting to the clinic isn’t an option. Other times, a clinical setting simply doesn’t reflect the real-world challenges you’re facing. With mobile physical therapy, we bring care directly to you—whether that’s in your home, workplace, or another natural environment where you move and live your life. If you’re unable to attend in-clinic visits or prefer the convenience of treatment at home, our mobile services offer a comprehensive rehab experience in the environments that matter most.
While physical therapy is often associated with hands-on treatment, most of your healing depends on what happens outside the clinic. Since you spend only 2-3 hours per week with your therapist, your recovery is shaped largely by what you do (or don’t do) at home or work. That’s why virtual care has become such a powerful tool for improving outcomes and accessibility. Over the past 5 years, we’ve fine-tuned our telehealth services to provide detailed assessments, create effective self-management strategies, and offer guidance—all from the comfort and convenience of your device. If transportation, scheduling, or other logistics make it difficult to attend in-person visits, telehealth may be the right alternative. We’re committed to helping you overcome barriers to care and will work with you to build a plan that fits your lifestyle.
While our practice enjoys the flexibility of providing in-home or remote services, we understand that this may not be a realistic option for all patients. That’s why we partner with coworking spaces and community locations to provide in-clinic treatment when necessary. Call us to learn more about locations and scheduling options.
Our Therapy Programs
Treatment Methods
Prehab is proactive rehabilitation designed to prepare you for surgery or a major event. Surgeons are increasingly recommending Prehab for targeted strengthening and mobility enhancement prior to procedures, which has been shown to improve recovery outcomes. For those with an active lifestyle, Prehab helps reduce the risk of injury, accelerate recovery, and lay the groundwork for success before a big hiking trip, competition, or a medical procedure.
Surgery is life-changing, and recovery isn’t always what we expect. There are many factors that can influence the outcome, and sometimes even the surgeon isn’t sure what they’ll encounter once inside. The aftermath can feel long and daunting, but we’re here to guide you through it and explain each step along the way. Our therapist, with 15+ years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, will work with you to set realistic expectations for each stage of recovery and help you get back to what you love.
When pain isn’t properly addressed, it can become chronic (lasting more than 3 months) and start to alter how your body moves. To avoid discomfort, you may begin to compensate—“working around” the pain—which can lead to further strain and impairment. Chronic pain can also elevate cortisol (stress) levels, triggering emotional symptoms like irritability and anxiety. You don’t have to stay stuck in the cycle. Our therapist is skilled at identifying the root cause of pain and has a proven track record of helping patients restore their quality of life.
Our diverse community
Patient Populations
We all need physical therapy at some point—whether for a new injury, chronic pain, or regaining strength and mobility. Effective treatment begins with a skilled physical assessment and hands-on techniques that take years to master. Our therapist has advanced training in methods such as MWM, ISM, kinesio/dynamic taping, and orthotics. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, these techniques are essential for restoring function and supporting your recovery.
Our kupuna have paved the way for us, and it’s an honor to care for them. As we age, conditions like arthritis, stroke, and other multi-system impairments require specialized approaches. With experience working in skilled nursing facilities and rehab centers, our therapist is equipped to help older adults regain strength, independence, and overall wellness. We involve families in the process, offering support, answering questions, and encouraging active participation. Each session is approached with patience, respect, and a deep commitment to preserving dignity.
Children aren’t just small adults—they have unique physical, neurological, and developmental needs that require a specialized approach. Whether your child is recovering from an injury, has a diagnosed condition, or experiences pain with activity, physical therapy can support their movement, coordination, and development. We design engaging, age-appropriate sessions focused on improving strength, muscle balance, and motor skills—all while keeping therapy fun and goal-oriented. We also work closely with families, offering guidance, education, and home strategies to reinforce progress beyond the clinic.
Whether you’re a competitive athlete or simply love staying active, injuries can disrupt more than just your routine—they impact performance and confidence. Our sports rehab program is designed to help you recover fully and return to activity with strength, stability, and a reduced risk of reinjury. With an undergraduate focus in Sports Medicine, our therapist combines performance-based therapy with personalized strategies for rehab, movement analysis, and return-to-play readiness. Whether you’re training for an event or rebuilding after a setback, we’ll help you move better, recover smarter, and get back to what you love.
